What you will do

• Collaborate on requirement capture, quote generation, and manage client expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, facilitate sprint planning, and ensure the delivery team has necessary resources.
• Prepare testing plans, contribute to internal QA, and coordinate responses to issues and client feedback.
• Monitor project status, report progress to clients and internally, and proactively identify and solve risks.
• Identify new business opportunities and champion the ongoing improvement of delivery principles and processes.

Requirements

• Manage the successful delivery of multiple digital projects (e.g., websites, apps) for various clients, ideally in an agency setting, ranging from £1k to £100k+.
• Understand and articulate the technical aspects of projects, including e-commerce delivery on Adobe Commerce or Magento Open Source.
• Experience integrating e-commerce partners such as Adyen, Algolia, Dotdigital, Nosto, and Trustpilot.
• Awareness of development, testing, and deployment workflows, and proficiency with PM tools like Jira, Harvest, and Forecast.
• Thrive in a remote work environment with high levels of self-motivation, initiative, and resilience.
• Familiarity with remote tech (e.g., Slack, Google Meet, Loom) and asynchronous communication.
• Properly equipped office space where you can be productive.
• Able to travel for face-to-face team and client meetings.
