Senior Project Manager (Adobe Commerce)

Location: UK; fully remote. Occasional travel is required for team and client meetings.

Salary: £40,000–£50,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day delivery for most client accounts within a pod.
• Translate client needs into epics, stories, acceptance criteria, plans, and clear priorities.
• Run sprint planning, stand-ups, check-ins, quality assurance coordination, and release preparation.
• Track progress, budgets, risks, reporting, and Jira quality for clients and leadership.
• Build trusted client and colleague relationships, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
• Improve pod processes and contribute larger delivery ideas to internal R&D.

Requirements

• Experience running digital projects end to end in an agency or similarly fast-moving environment.
• Direct ownership of client relationships and changing priorities.
• Strong delivery experience with Adobe Commerce or Magento Open Source.
• Familiarity with integrations such as Adyen, Algolia, Dotdigital, Nosto, and Trustpilot.
• Technical confidence discussing development, testing, and deployment; daily use of Jira, Harvest, and Forecast.
• Self-motivation, strong asynchronous communication, a suitable home office, and comfort coordinating multidisciplinary teams across time zones.

• Previous agency delivery experience.
• Experience using AI in project delivery.
