Senior Project Manager (Mat. Cover)

What you will do

• Manage digital, content, and creative projects end to end, protecting timelines, budgets, quality, and margins.
• Coordinate project setup and kick-offs, resolve delivery issues, and act as the first escalation point.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and contribute to pitch development and delivery.
• Manage account resourcing, team capacity, revenue forecasting, project costs, billing, and invoicing.
• Guide and develop Project Managers, deliver training, and enforce consistent project management practices.
• Use approved AI tools for reporting, documentation, resourcing analysis, QA, and AI-assisted content workflows with human review.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of project management experience in a digital, content, or creative agency.
• At least 2 years at Senior Project Manager level or equivalent, such as Delivery Manager or Project Lead.
• Experience delivering projects for global brand clients, particularly in FMCG, healthcare, or similar sectors.
• Hands-on experience with resourcing, revenue forecasting, agency job costing, and project management systems such as Paprika.
• Daily experience using AI tools to manage delivery, including the ability to explain tools and workflows changed through AI adoption.
• Strong commercial judgment, communication skills, client stakeholder management, and experience developing junior Project Managers.
