Project Manager (Performance Marketing)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage multiple client accounts from kickoff through final delivery.
• Coordinate client communications, timelines, deliverables, feedback, approvals, and next steps.
• Build and maintain project plans, trackers, documentation, and workflows across concurrent projects.
• Coordinate social content, lifecycle/email marketing, digital, creative, and occasional print deliverables.
• Lead internal and external kickoffs, status meetings, project reviews, and handoffs.
• Monitor scope, dependencies, risks, quality, and revision cycles while improving account workflows.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of project management experience in a marketing, creative, advertising, ecommerce, or similar agency environment.
• Experience independently managing multiple client accounts, projects, priorities, stakeholders, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
• Experience with social content and/or lifecycle/email marketing workflows.
• Experience coordinating creative production across static, video, email, and other digital assets.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management platforms such as Asana.
• Familiarity with project QA tools, client communication platforms, or workflow automation.
