Shopify Project Manager (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Manage Shopify ecommerce projects, including builds, redesigns, enhancements, migrations, and ongoing support engagements typically valued up to $200k.
• Act as the primary client contact and coordinate communication between clients, strategy, design, development, and QA teams.
• Create and maintain timelines, project plans, meeting notes, budget trackers, and other delivery documentation.
• Support scoping by gathering requirements and translating them into clear, actionable tasks.
• Oversee delivery from kickoff through launch, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and project health.
• Lead status meetings, sprint planning, milestone reviews, QA reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of project management experience leading web development projects.
• Previous experience at a digital agency and familiarity with Shopify or ecommerce platforms.
• Clear, confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort partnering with developers and working with technical systems and workflows.
• Must live and work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Contentful, Drupal, or WordPress.
• Interest in expanding Shopify and ecommerce expertise.
