What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to closed deals.
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities, focusing primarily on acquiring new merchants.
  • Engage senior logistics decision-makers and guide them through structured discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Build trust and credibility by understanding logistics operations and translating them into scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics Partners, Carriers, Tech, and Finance to drive successful deals and ensure seamless Go Lives.
  • Maintain and expand key strategic accounts, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities while preventing churn.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in the logistics and fulfillment industry in a Sales or Key Account Management role.
  • Good understanding of logistics, fulfillment, or eCommerce operations and ability to engage with operational leaders eye-to-eye.
  • Proven success in managing multi-month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
  • Structured orchestrator, managing multiple moving parts while keeping momentum and clarity.
  • Challenger mindset, able to shift conversations from price to value and total cost of ownership.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and commercially sharp, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Native in German and fluent in English (spoken and written).
