Salary: $110000–$160000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own customer onboarding and training to achieve high adoption and develop training materials.
• Gather customer feedback and advocate for product improvements.
• Provide frontline support and improve processes through automation and documentation.
• Define and track customer health metrics to proactively address risks and opportunities.
• Build deep customer relationships to drive renewals and platform expansion.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in New York City
• 3+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Consulting, Deployments, or related B2B SaaS roles.
• Experience building systems from scratch and thriving in ambiguity.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and customer-centric mindset.
• Technical aptitude to understand and explain a data-driven SaaS platform.
