Salary: $110000–$160000 + Equity

What you will do
- Own customer onboarding and training to achieve high adoption and develop training materials.
- Gather customer feedback and advocate for product improvements.
- Provide frontline support and improve processes through automation and documentation.
- Define and track customer health metrics to proactively address risks and opportunities.
- Build deep customer relationships to drive renewals and platform expansion.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work on-site in New York City
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Consulting, Deployments, or related B2B SaaS roles.
- Experience building systems from scratch and thriving in ambiguity.
- Data-driven decision-making skills and customer-centric mindset.
- Technical aptitude to understand and explain a data-driven SaaS platform.
