What you will do

• Develop and expand the partner network, including researching and actively approaching new aftermarket partners.
• Handle inbound inquiries, qualify potential partners, and close agreements.
• Support partner onboarding and foster continuous, close exchange to develop cooperation.
• Participate in aftermarket events to expand the network.
• Serve as an essential link for the product management team to advance the product.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience, preferably in Sales, Account, or Partner Management.
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work with strong prioritization skills.
• Enthusiasm for software technology and direct communication with decision-makers.
• Good presentation skills and a clear sales mindset.
• Business fluent German is crucial for this position and good English.
