Junior Product Manager (Carbon Management)

TL;DR

Junior Product Manager (Carbon Management): Supporting the development and improvement of ESG-focused solutions with an accent on regulatory compliance and B2B SaaS delivery. Focus on translating regulatory requirements into product specifications and managing features from concept to release.

Location: Hybrid in Mannheim, Germany (3 days per week in-office)

What you will do

• Support the development and rollout of Carbon Management solutions aligned with international regulations.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, development, and delivery teams to bring product features from concept to release.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
• Gather and prioritize customer feedback, market insights, and regulatory updates.
• Participate in product discovery, roadmap planning, and delivery tracking alongside senior leaders.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, covering both discovery and delivery.
• Experience working with software engineers and designers in an agile environment.
• Fluency in German and English (C1 level).
• Must be based in or be able to work from Mannheim, Germany.
• Strong analytical thinking and a user-centered mindset.

• Knowledge of Carbon Management regulations (CCF & PCF).
