What you will do

  • Independently acquire and support customers via telephone, providing tailored advice to automotive workshops.
  • Qualify prospects, identify sales opportunities, and manage lead and customer pipelines proactively.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to advance sales opportunities and close deals.
  • Collaborate closely with sales colleagues in Germany and Switzerland to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
  • Optionally support monthly customer events and training organization.

Requirements

  • Very good command of written and spoken German to communicate technical content clearly.
  • At least 1 year experience in telephone sales or telesales, preferably in software product acquisition.
  • Completed commercial training in dialog marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphatic and convincing phone presence.
  • Comfortable handling high volume of customer contacts daily and cold acquisition.
  • Proficient with PC and MS Office tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience in customer event support and content assistance.
