What you will do

• Support hiring managers across multiple locations throughout the hiring process including job description and salary benchmarking.
• Publish job ads and review applications to select suitable candidates.
• Lead professional interviews for various positions across departments.
• Propose innovative candidate attraction methods and actively source specialized talent.
• Collaborate with local HR teams and global recruitment offices to align strategies and share best practices.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and organizational policies in recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Kraków, Poland (onsite role)
• English: C1 level or higher required
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Humanities, Law, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years recruitment experience including 2+ years in IT recruitment and active sourcing.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong organizational, time-management skills, and professionalism handling confidential information.
