Salary: $248,500 – $298,200 USD

What you will do

• Establish and optimize end-to-end partnership strategy and operational frameworks.
• Build and deepen relationships with key alliance partners, defining joint value propositions.
• Support repeatable processes for partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and pipeline generation.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps, Legal, and Finance.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to measure program health and partner-sourced outcomes.
• Represent hirify.global with external partners and bring market insights to inform GTM and product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with proven leadership capabilities and a track record of building new programs from scratch.
• Strong upmarket sales background with a deep understanding of complex B2B relationships and multi-stakeholder enterprise motions.
• Direct sales experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to create frameworks, processes, and systems.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills, able to align internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients and navigating ambiguity in high-growth environments.

• Prior alliances or partnerships experience.
• Experience working within accounting software or an ERP ecosystem.
