Senior HR Business Partner (Fintech): Contributing to both hands-on and strategic HR initiatives, acting as a trusted partner to teams and program manager to cultivate employee experience, with an accent on talent management and organizational design within a fast-growing tech company. Location: Must be able to work remotely from your country of residence, as long as it is in Europe and within a maximum time difference of two hours from the CET time zone. For those based in France, a French contract will be provided.

What you will do
- Establish trusted relationships with managers and team members, becoming a preferred point of contact.
- Act as the privileged HR point of contact to accompany teams through the entire employee life cycle.
- Advise people managers on organization design, individual performance review, promotions, and compensation.
- Advise employees on learning & development opportunities and career pathing.
- Contribute to the animation of new HR processes and company culture to maximize retention.
- Participate in and establish projects related to the People team roadmap, building data analysis and reporting solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience in a similar HR Business Partner position.
- Well-rounded experience across various HR topics: onboarding, learning & development, legal, compensation & benefits.
- Proven ability to create trust and develop strong working relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent writing and conversational communication skills in both French and English.
- Experience driving performance management in a fast-growing company (+300 hires/year).
- Ability to drive and support internal stakeholders in projects like designing organizations and anticipating future needs.
- Must be based in Europe and within a maximum time difference of two hours from the CET time zone.
