What you will do
- Lead deals with Worker’s Compensation boards and provincial/federal health services in Canada.
- Achieve company bookings and quotas, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Help shape SWORD’s sales playbook and processes.
- Craft and communicate compelling value propositions for target partners.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through personal prospecting and collaboration with channel teams.
- Represent SWORD at conferences and industry events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas for net new revenue.
- Experience in high-growth startups.
- Ability to clearly communicate value propositions and navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce.com.
- Willingness to travel ~30% depending on territory and sales cycle.
Nice to have
- 5+ years in digital health.
- 5+ years managing consultant/broker relationships.
- Established network of employer benefits leaders and health plan decision-makers.
- Physiotherapy background or experience selling MSK solutions.
