What you will do
- Manage strategic accounts to ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Develop strong partnerships with clients including C-level executives
- Advise on digital strategy and educate clients on hirify.global’s technology
- Optimize campaigns to improve performance and maximize revenue
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to meet client goals
- Negotiate budgets and upsell new products
Requirements
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Direct industry experience in digital advertising
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Good organization, time and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively across teams
