What you will do
- Provide strategic account management to ensure retention and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients at all levels, including C-level.
- Advise on client’s digital strategy and educate advertisers on hirify.global’s technology.
- Optimize accounts to improve performance and maximize revenue and margin.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify personalized solutions and ensure client goals are reached.
- Negotiate additional budgets and upsell new products.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written.
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- Direct industry experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of a complex technological environment.
