TL;DR

Sales Engineer (Salesforce DevOps): Educating customers during the sales cycle and delivering tailored software demos and architecture presentations with an accent on pre-sales support, solution design, and technical presentations. What you will do

  • Provide pre-sales support and collaborate with Account Executives on sales opportunities.
  • Deliver solution presentations and demonstrations, including answering technology-related inquiries.
  • Manage bid and RFx responses.
  • Conduct solution workshops, trials, and proofs of concept (POC).
  • Execute solution design and provide partner support.
  • Assist in marketing event support and building customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years relevant business and technology experience.
  • Experience with implementing Salesforce and/or Salesforce Certification(s).
  • Ability to lead technical presentations, engage the audience, and communicate value.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in business application design and technology.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with hirify.global or building solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • DevOps experience in the Salesforce space or with other technology stacks.
  • Prior experience in software pre-sales, consulting, or development.
  • Experience with SDLC and Release Management.
  • Prior experience with data integration projects and data privacy requirements.
