What you will do

• Own the roadmap and prioritize development of internal developer tools and platforms.
• Conduct user research and discovery with engineering teams to identify pain points and validate solutions.
• Define and track success metrics related to developer productivity and satisfaction.
• Write clear product documentation including PRDs and specs.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership on planning and resource allocation.
• Communicate progress and evangelize new tools across the organization.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid roles available in specified cities including US, Canada, Portugal, and UK
• English: Proficient (B2) required
• Experience in product management with technical credibility and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and data-informed decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with developer productivity tools, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development.
• Ability to define measurable outcomes and work with ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Engineering background or software development experience.
• Experience applying Generative AI to improve developer workflows.
• Understanding of Internet technologies (layers 2–7).
