What you will do

• Plan and conduct UX and customer research for key initiatives, focusing on testing flows and concepts before development.
• Integrate UX and broader customer insights to inform product decisions.
• Establish research processes including recruitment, consent, and data management.
• Produce clear, concise research summaries and regular reports for company-wide use.
• Maintain high research quality by identifying biases and limitations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be UK based with hybrid/remote flexibility
• Proven experience in UX and customer research for digital products.
• Understanding or willingness to learn investing, ETFs, and financial behavior.
• Strong research design skills and ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to work independently as the sole dedicated researcher initially.
