What you will do

• Own end-to-end UI/UX design across web and app platforms for the hirify.global Invest platform.
• Translate complex financial concepts into clear, intuitive user journeys.
• Design and evolve a scalable design system for the product.
• Produce high-fidelity UI designs in Figma for engineering handoff.
• Define UX patterns for onboarding, investing flows, dashboards, and settings.
• Use research, testing, and data to validate design decisions and continuously improve the product.

Requirements

• Advanced Figma expertise, including components, variants, auto layout, and libraries.
• Proven experience building and maintaining design systems at scale.
• Strong UI design skills with an eye for layout, hierarchy, typography, and interaction.
• Solid UX fundamentals including user flows, wireframing, and usability principles.
• Experience designing digital products in the fintech or financial services sector.
• Experience working with regulated products or compliance-driven environments.
• Ability to work independently and own design decisions end-to-end.

Nice to have

• Experience designing investment, banking, or wealth platforms.
• Understanding of financial user behaviour and decision-making.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG.
• Experience working in product-led, agile teams.
