What you will do

• Contribute to end-to-end design for world-class digital products and service solutions across digital channels.
• Uphold and enhance creativity and innovation standards for digital products.
• Leverage data and insights to drive actionable outcomes and informed design decisions.
• Translate complex problems into simple, intuitive designs with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify problems and opportunities.
• Actively participate in the product design process from discovery to implementation, creating compelling prototypes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Science or related fields.
• At least 3 years of industry experience in product design or a related field.
• Strong understanding and proficiency in human-centered design principles, including research, experience strategy, UX/UI, usability testing, and accessibility.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and contributing to product releases, shown in a portfolio.
• Proficiency with Figma and design systems.
• Ability to balance and solve both business and user needs in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Background designing complex financial applications.
• Understanding of web standards (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
