What you will do
- Manage paid search ad development, budget pacing, and optimize KPIs.
- Build and maintain relationships with brand contacts across organizational levels.
- Develop strategies to enhance online sales growth for portfolio brands.
- Lead client calls and prioritize projects to ensure timely deliverables.
- Leverage proprietary tools for data-driven decision-making and growth solutions.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform media and operations strategies.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Minneapolis office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 6+ years of account management experience in ecommerce.
- 4+ years experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and insights.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workflows effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL or similar data manipulation technologies.
- Startup, retail, digital advertising, or ecommerce environment experience.
