What you will do
- Provide technical account management and expert consulting to clients to align software solutions with business goals.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and implement new features proactively.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues to mitigate client churn.
- Manage hourly post-launch build projects including platform merges and custom reporting.
- Collaborate with sales teams on pre-sale consultative services for enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- Location: Must be onsite in Lindon, Utah, USA
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years relevant experience.
- Basic technical knowledge of API and SFTP data transfers.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
