Senior Employer Brand Storyteller (AI): Developing and executing a technical employer brand narrative to attract senior AI/ML talent with an accent on content creation and SF community engagement. Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco (Hybrid: minimum 3 days per week in office)
Salary: $130,000 – $152,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Produce high-quality technical content (writing, video) showcasing complex AI challenges in the healthcare industry.
- Define and steward the employer story for technical audiences across X, conferences, and community spaces.
- Build a narrative that positions healthcare as a compelling engineering problem for senior builders.
- Drive engagement at SF builder community events, including meetups and dinners, to enhance the recruiting funnel.
- Identify and amplify the voices of internal technical experts to reach AI/ML builders.
- Map the technical community and build trust-based relationships with engineers, investors, and leaders.
Requirements
- Proven track record of creating technically credible, opinionated content for an audience with high signal tolerance.
- Genuine fluency in the AI/ML space to communicate effectively with research scientists.
- Experience in community building and establishing genuine trust with technical leaders.
- Experience owning employer brand or technical content functions at a growth-stage company.
- Must be located in San Francisco or willing to relocate.
