Salary: $130,000 – $152,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Produce high-quality technical content (writing, video) showcasing complex AI challenges in the healthcare industry.
• Define and steward the employer story for technical audiences across X, conferences, and community spaces.
• Build a narrative that positions healthcare as a compelling engineering problem for senior builders.
• Drive engagement at SF builder community events, including meetups and dinners, to enhance the recruiting funnel.
• Identify and amplify the voices of internal technical experts to reach AI/ML builders.
• Map the technical community and build trust-based relationships with engineers, investors, and leaders.

Requirements

• Proven track record of creating technically credible, opinionated content for an audience with high signal tolerance.
• Genuine fluency in the AI/ML space to communicate effectively with research scientists.
• Experience in community building and establishing genuine trust with technical leaders.
• Experience owning employer brand or technical content functions at a growth-stage company.
• Must be located in San Francisco or willing to relocate.
