TL;DR

Principal Specialist - Sales Operations: Overseeing and enhancing processes and delivering insights to fuel a high-performing Sales organization with an accent on forecasting, CRM excellence, and sales process optimization. Focus on analyzing sales performance, improving pipeline visibility, and driving continuous improvement to achieve predictable growth at scale.

Location: Hybrid role, **expected to be physically present in the office at least 2 days per week in Houston, US**.

What you will do

  • Lead analysis of sales performance, pipeline, and activity data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Produce accurate and timely forecasting in partnership with Sales Leadership.
  • Champion CRM excellence by ensuring data accuracy, usability, and adoption; train Sales teams on best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales processes through automation and cross-functional alignment.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to Sales Leadership on sales operations strategy and revenue optimization.
  • Manage operational policies and sales enquiries, and oversee end-to-end systems and data processes for sales team changes.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales Ops, Enablement, Support, or Commercial Enablement.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience; reporting, dashboards, and CRM administration.
  • Comfortable interpreting data and translating into actionable insights.
  • **Must be physically present in the Houston, US office at least 2 days per week.**
