TL;DR

Principal Specialist - Sales Operations: Driving the growth of a scalable Sales organization by enhancing processes and delivering data-driven insights with an accent on sales performance analysis, CRM excellence, and sales process optimization. Focus on improving forecasting predictability, eliminating operational friction, and providing strategic recommendations to Sales Leadership.

Location: Hybrid, requiring physical presence in US offices (Houston, New York, Boston) at least 2 days per week.

What you will do

  • Lead analysis of sales performance, pipeline, and activity data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Produce accurate and timely forecasting in partnership with Sales Leadership to improve predictability.
  • Champion CRM excellence by ensuring data accuracy, usability, and adoption, including training Sales teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales processes through identifying inefficiencies, automation, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to Sales Leadership on sales operations strategy and revenue optimization initiatives.
  • Design, maintain, and evolve the sales territory model in partnership with Vertical Leaders.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales Ops, Enablement, Support, or Commercial Enablement.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience, including reporting, dashboards, and CRM administration.
  • General understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Product operations.
  • Comfortable interpreting data and translating it into actionable insights with commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work in US offices at least 2 days per week.
  • English: B2 required.
