What you will do

  • Manage the entire contract renewal lifecycle, from initial contact with the customer to contract signing.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Organization to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential expansion opportunities.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing, ensuring on-time renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records of renewal activities and track key metrics, such as renewal rate and renewal revenue.
  • Forecast renewal revenue and develop and execute renewal strategies to achieve targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in renewals management, account management, or a related field, preferably in the software industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding renewal targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to establish rapport with customers.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
