What you will do
- Manage the entire contract renewal lifecycle, from initial contact with the customer to contract signing.
- Collaborate with the Sales Organization to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential expansion opportunities.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing, ensuring on-time renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of renewal activities and track key metrics, such as renewal rate and renewal revenue.
- Forecast renewal revenue and develop and execute renewal strategies to achieve targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in renewals management, account management, or a related field, preferably in the software industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding renewal targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to establish rapport with customers.
- Ability to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
