What you will do
- Serve as the lead point of contact for merchants on all account management activities.
- Take ownership of assigned accounts, support onboarding and training, and drive SaaS platform adoption.
- Optimize listing content and availability on the marketplace to maximize conversions.
- Analyze reports and execute plans to increase monetized revenue from existing accounts.
- Meet key performance indicators around online bookings, usage, retention, conversions, and churn.
- Ensure positive merchant experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1-2+ years of sales or account management experience in the Internet, software, or e-commerce sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of initiative and customer service orientation.
- Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
- Experience with online marketplaces or SaaS platforms is desirable.
