What you will do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new publisher accounts for mediation solutions
- Identify and convert direct integration opportunities to increase revenue
- Negotiate commercial agreements delivering long-term value
- Build senior-level relationships with publisher decision makers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and support
- Provide market feedback and evangelize transparent mediation benefits
Requirements
- At least 3+ years experience in supply-side sales or monetization partnerships
- Proven track record of closing complex commercial deals and exceeding revenue targets
- Deep knowledge of mediation platforms and players
- Strong negotiation and executive relationship skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
