Location: San Francisco, onsite

Salary: $120K–$170K + equity

What you will do

  • Negotiate and close a high volume of commercial agreements including customer and vendor contracts.
  • Build and maintain legal resources such as playbooks, clause libraries, and approval workflows.
  • Contribute to strategic legal initiatives including contract lifecycle management and procurement workflow improvements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Security, Product, and Leadership teams as a trusted legal partner.
  • Support attorneys on complex or strategic transactions to drive efficient closure.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in San Francisco and work onsite
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3-6 years relevant experience, including in-house SaaS or AI company experience.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, AI governance, and IP concerns.
  • Ability to balance legal risk with business outcomes and communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Strong program management skills to track and report on legal initiatives.

Nice to have

  • Experience with RevOps or LegalOps, CLM tools, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Experience leading contract negotiations in regulated sectors or commercial real estate.
  • Experience negotiating AI-specific contract terms and building legal playbooks.
  • Training commercial teams on contract review and compliance topics.
