What you will do

• Translate complex legal analysis into clear, actionable guidance for fast-moving product and engineering teams.
• Proactively assess legal risks and advise product, engineering, and business teams building services that reshape how information moves across the Internet.
• Review and architect legal frameworks for technology transaction agreements, including IP licensing and marketplace arrangements.
• Draft terms of service, disclosures, policies, and related processes.
• Apply privacy-by-design principles and partner with the privacy team on data-flow reviews and PIAs.
• Solicit invention disclosures, support patent strategy, and protect hirify.global’s trade secrets.

Requirements

• JD degree with strong academic credentials and admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience, preferably with technology companies.
• Passion for technologies is highly desired, with a technical background preferred.
• Experience with copyright law and Internet law (e.g., AI Act, Data Act, net neutrality, DMCA, CFAA) is desired.
• Strong communication skills and a cooperative team player who leads with empathy and adaptability.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage many tasks on complex projects efficiently.
