What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS, software licensing, and partnership agreements.
• Support partner channel teams in facilitating and negotiating deals.
• Provide legal advice to sales and cross-functional teams, focusing on options, risks, and execution.
• Utilize standardized contract review and risk-assessment processes with matter management tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams on cross-functional issues such as privacy, security, and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial in-house role at a technology company.
• Experience drafting and reviewing contracts using standardized review and risk-assessment processes.
• Experience supporting and collaborating with sales and partner channel teams.
• Ability to build consensus across internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with business and legal operations systems (e.g., Ironclad, Salesforce, Guru).
• Juris Doctorate and a relevant license to practice law in good standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
