What you will do

• Serve as a key liaison with product, engineering, and business development teams for new and emerging AI products.
• Draft and negotiate product development, technology licensing, and strategic partnership agreements.
• Review engineering, product design specifications, and go-to-market collateral for legal and regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance on privacy by design principles into product development processes.
• Analyze products, services, features, and initiatives to provide practical legal risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain legal templates, negotiation playbooks, and product development legal review resources.

Requirements

• JD required + admission to any State / DC bar.
• 8+ years’ relevant experience in SaaS and technology preferred.
• Excellent communication, strong negotiation, and detail-oriented drafting skills.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple complex matters concurrently.
