TL;DR

Solutions Enablement Lead (AdTech/Programmatic): Leading a newly consolidated Solutions Enablement team unifying deal support and supply integration to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Focus on managing strategic partnerships, driving partnership development, and providing cross-portfolio technical leadership to scale complex initiatives and deliver value.

Location: Hybrid in Newark, NJ or fully remote, East Coast locations and hours preferred. Work hours: 9am-6pm EST.

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 base salary + $15,000 target annual bonus

What you will do

  • Own execution for major partnerships, serving as a primary product liaison for enterprise partners.
  • Drive partnership development, including orchestration capabilities and infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support for IB properties on initiatives outside standard Product team scope.
  • Build and scale a high-performing team, fostering collaboration between Deal and Supply Integration functions.
  • Develop team capabilities in AdTech, cross-functional project management, and enterprise partnership execution.
  • Create scalable processes and documentation that reduce dependency on individual contributors.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in AdTech, with deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, DSPs, and ad serving technologies.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, preferably leading technical or solutions teams.
  • Proven track record managing complex enterprise partnerships and technical integrations.
  • Strong understanding of privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) and their implications for ad tech implementations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple high-priority initiatives.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) and creative personalization technologies.
  • Background in both buy-side and sell-side ad tech ecosystems.
  • Previous experience at a portfolio company or working across multiple business units.
  • Technical fluency (SQL, APIs, data analysis) with ability to dive into implementation details when needed.
  • History of building scalable processes and reducing single points of failure.
