Senior Product Manager, International Supply

Location: London, UK; hybrid, with office attendance required for a minimum of 60% of the time over a 12-week period. A 28-day work-from-abroad policy is available.

Salary: £90,000 base salary plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead discovery, scoping, and delivery of new market launches from problem framing through to customer-facing experiences.
• Own product strategy for carrier and market integrations while making integration complexity invisible to customers.
• Manage investment decisions across the supply portfolio, balancing existing integration improvements with new markets and carriers.
• Coordinate priorities across two squads and define metrics to guide product decisions and trade-offs.
• Partner with Engineering on API integrations and technical constraints, and collaborate with Commercial teams on partner economics and commission structures.
• Work with Legal, Finance, Go-to-Market, and Marketing teams and use AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• Proven Product Manager experience launching or scaling products across multiple European markets.
• Experience managing integration or partnership portfolios and prioritising investment opportunities.
• Strong metrics-driven decision-making and ability to manage multiple squads or workstreams.
• Solid high-level understanding of APIs and technical integrations, with confidence collaborating with Engineering.
• Strong commercial awareness, including commission structures and partner economics.
• Confidence using AI tools to improve work speed and quality.

• Experience or knowledge of the ground transport or travel industry.
