Product Owner (AI)

Location: Bulgaria, Poland, or Romania. Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

What you will do

• Manage and prioritize product requirements for a development team in the Retail Pricing domain.
• Own a product or product area across the lifecycle, from problem discovery and requirements definition through delivery and adoption.
• Translate stakeholder, business, and user needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, product goals, metrics, and actionable requirements.
• Contribute to product roadmaps, set priorities, identify dependencies and delivery risks, and present development plans to users and clients.
• Apply Product Discovery methods to identify product value and work with pricing topics such as macro pricing, micro pricing, elasticity, and cross-elasticity.
• Support sprint planning, independently lead refinement and review sessions, and facilitate stakeholder meetings in a nearshore delivery setup.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role, including ownership across the product lifecycle.
• Experience managing requirements and priorities for development teams and translating business and user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Practical knowledge of Product Discovery, prioritization, roadmaps, product goals, metrics, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Experience collaborating directly with stakeholders, clients, end users, and development teams, including sprint planning, refinement, and review.
• Technically minded approach, strong communication skills, independence, and confidence facilitating stakeholder meetings.
• Fluent English, work authorization in the European Union, and the ability to work from the European Union region are required. Practical experience using AI-powered assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot Chat is also required.

Nice to have

• Experience in Retail Pricing, including macro and micro pricing, elasticity, and cross-elasticity.
• Experience applying GenAI within the software development lifecycle through structured workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations.
• Familiarity with AI-supported analysis, documentation, automation, and workflow optimization.
