Staff Product Manager (Machine Learning)

What you will do

• Own the ML product roadmap end-to-end, defining priorities based on customer needs, business objectives, and input from engineering and data science.
• Lead ML product initiatives such as Attachment Matcher and Transaction Categorizer from discovery through delivery.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product teams, business stakeholders, customers, and executives.
• Communicate product decisions and the rationale behind priorities clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor model and product performance and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience with concrete examples of significantly scaling ML products.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and applications, with the ability to translate complex ideas into product requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical approach to balancing customer needs, business objectives, and difficult trade-offs.
• Ability to develop a product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals and measurable impact.
