What you will do

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and infrastructure teams to deliver major features

• Mentor engineers and foster an inclusive team culture
• Guide architectural decisions and shape long-term technical direction of the consumer platform

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco, United States
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with successful project delivery
• 2+ years leading projects and collaborating cross-functionally
• Experience running experiments and data-informed decision making
• Strong user empathy and ability to balance technical and product tradeoffs
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
