What you will do
- Lead and manage the France sales region to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Develop sales motions and identify new customers, industries, and partnerships.
- Align sales strategies with marketing, channel, and support teams.
- Prepare and execute tactical sales plans for all products.
- Develop short and long-term market forecasts through data analysis.
- Coach and mentor the regional sales team to drive performance.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years of experience leading regional sales teams.
- Experience in sales management within networking, Cloud/SaaS, or security sectors is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the local tech market and enterprise sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
