What you will do

• Lead outcomes-driven workshops with diverse stakeholders to drive alignment and best practices.
• Analyse business processes, define requirements, and ensure alignment with policies and product standards.
• Own business design for projects, minimizing complexity and technical debt.
• Configure products, prototype solutions, and support testing through to Go Live.
• Design data migration architecture and guide data cleansing and security.
• Deliver advanced training and lead change management activities.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Sydney or Wollongong, Australia
• Senior consulting experience in IT or software implementation environments.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in process and data modelling, SQL, and cloud architectures (Azure/AWS).
• Ability to deliver end-user and system admin training and support testing phases.

Nice to have

• Data migration experience.
• Experience with UML or similar modelling techniques.
