What you will do

• Originate and execute corporate access events including conferences, field trips, and non-deal roadshows
• Use technology to streamline corporate access systems and processes
• Maintain close relationships with investors and corporates to arrange timely meetings
• Collaborate with sales, research, and banking teams to enhance client service experience
• Drive business analytics and produce regular reporting on client activity
• Support thematic events showcasing the firm’s franchise to institutional investors

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Hong Kong
• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin required
• Experience in financial institutions preferred
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python required
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
