What you will do
- Deliver closed won sales and achieve/exceed sales targets.
- Prospect and qualify new leads from multiple channels.
- Build and leverage a sales pipeline (at least 3X sales target).
- Understand client challenges and position software solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to team culture.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales.
- Proven success in lead generation and closing new businesses.
- Strong understanding of software sales cycles and frameworks (MEDDPICC, Insight Selling, Challenger Sale, SPIN).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
Nice to have
- Fluent in French or German.
- Passionate about building new business and comfortable with ambiguity.
