What you will do
- Facilitate Scrum events and support the Scrum Team in backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Coach teams on Agile values and principles to foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a clear and ordered Product Backlog.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure sprint goals are met.
- Drive continuous improvement of team processes and product quality, including tracking DORA metrics.
- Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to enhance Scrum effectiveness across the organization.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work within Germany
- 4+ years experience as Scrum Master in agile software development.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with proven agile transformation experience.
- Strong technical background to understand complex software systems.
- Experience in large organizations with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient Business English required; French is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks such as LeSS or SAFe.
- Knowledge of Kanban, XP, and DevOps methodologies.
