What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum events and support the Scrum Team in backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Coach teams on Agile values and principles to foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a clear and ordered Product Backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure sprint goals are met.
• Drive continuous improvement of team processes and product quality, including tracking DORA metrics.
• Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to enhance Scrum effectiveness across the organization.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work within Germany
• 4+ years experience as Scrum Master in agile software development.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with proven agile transformation experience.
• Strong technical background to understand complex software systems.
• Experience in large organizations with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient Business English required; French is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks such as LeSS or SAFe.
• Knowledge of Kanban, XP, and DevOps methodologies.
