What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, exceeding revenue and quota goals for integrated payment solutions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and ensure consistent deal flow.
- Engage leads, identify decision-makers, and educate prospects through product demos and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to maximize profitability.
- Manage accounts post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, Marketing) for seamless implementation and ongoing support.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of B2B payments sales experience with a track record exceeding quota.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in cold calling, in-person prospecting, and lead generation for SMB merchant accounts.
- Deep understanding of integrated payments, merchant processing, and interchange pricing.
- Experience managing full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing, with 40+ deals per month.
- Ability to read and interpret credit card processing statements.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline and sales activity management.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with selling to or working within the auto repair industry.
- Experience using GSuite, Slack, and payment processing platforms such as Stripe.
- Ability to represent the company and generate leads at industry trade shows.
