Sales Leader (Broadband): Lead and develop the North America Broadband Solutions Sales organization to drive profitable growth and execute commercial plans with an accent on strategic sales growth, team leadership, and market development. Focus on building strong customer relationships, optimizing sales processes, and managing performance in a matrixed B2B environment.
Location: Hybrid in East Syracuse, NY, US
Salary: $200,000–$250,000 annually

What you will do
- Own and exceed defined sales targets aligned with business strategy.
- Lead and develop a high-performance sales team to grow revenue in existing and new accounts.
- Strategically plan and execute commercial plans to drive profitable growth.
- Implement sales processes, tools, and organizational design to optimize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Coordinate new product introductions and lead contract negotiations with strategic accounts.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near East Syracuse, NY, US with ability to travel as necessary.
- Proven sales leadership experience with sustained growth in B2B markets.
- Experience leading medium-sized teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Technical affinity for broadband solutions platform.
- Ability to manage change and assess team performance effectively.
Nice to have
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant Engineering subject.
- Experience with CRM and funnel management tools.
