Location: Hybrid in East Syracuse, NY, US

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 annually

What you will do

  • Own and exceed defined sales targets aligned with business strategy.
  • Lead and develop a high-performance sales team to grow revenue in existing and new accounts.
  • Strategically plan and execute commercial plans to drive profitable growth.
  • Implement sales processes, tools, and organizational design to optimize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Coordinate new product introductions and lead contract negotiations with strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near East Syracuse, NY, US with ability to travel as necessary.
  • Proven sales leadership experience with sustained growth in B2B markets.
  • Experience leading medium-sized teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Technical affinity for broadband solutions platform.
  • Ability to manage change and assess team performance effectively.

Nice to have

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant Engineering subject.
  • Experience with CRM and funnel management tools.
