What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementation for new clients, both internally and externally.
• Partner with solutions teams for pre-implementation planning and converting vision into tactical plans.
• Act as the key liaison between client implementation teams and Cohere's cross-functional teams.
• Project manage and monitor the implementation process with clients, vendor partners, and internal teams.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, track progress, and report on risks and issues.
• Refine implementation best practices and create an efficient, repeatable model for future clients.

Requirements

• 6-7 years of experience in healthcare, specifically with payers, demonstrating a flexible mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills and strong interpersonal skills in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and ability to quickly understand technical work across teams.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with demonstrated success in implementation work from definition to execution.
• High-level technical knowledge to liaise with product, development, and engineering teams.
• Intellectually curious with an owner mentality for solution discovery.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint (storytelling via slides), Microsoft Project, monday.com, and Excel.
