Salary: $113,000–$188,000 USD (annual)

What you will do

• Lead pre/during/post-launch implementation activities for new Workforce Management technology contracts.
• Consult with member stakeholders to understand business objectives and align hirify.global's WFM solutions.
• Develop and grow ongoing relationships with member stakeholders, tracking and articulating ROI/value.
• Ensure strategic members maximize value from hirify.global's WFM Technology Solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise on operational efficiency and WFM program best practices.
• Educate and coach junior WFM Engagement Leaders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of applicable work experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel 1-20% within the US.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to adapt and change priorities quickly; meet deadlines.
• Ability to operate computer programs and software effectively.

Nice to have

• Workforce Management experience in healthcare.
• Experience utilizing OperationsAdvisor.
• Demonstrated experience actively and effectively engaging with senior leadership.
• Experience using Salesforce, Dynamics, Smartsheet, ERP systems (e.g., Lawson, Peoplesoft, Workday), GHX, CPSI, Tableau.
• BS in Industrial Engineering, Financial, or related field.
• Master's in healthcare, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or Project Management certification.
