Location: Hybrid in one of the following US office locations: Austin, Boston, Chicago, New Jersey, Philadelphia, or Raleigh, NC. This role requires on-site presence at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Implement hirify.global software solutions and deliver value-added services to customers.
• Manage moderately complex projects independently, ensuring timely and on-target deliverables.
• Provide product, consultative, and business analyst expertise to customers.
• Keep project constituents informed, mitigate risks, and manage project scope.
• Deliver high-quality written materials and assist with pre-sales and post-implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in legal technology with experience at a law firm and/or legal tech SaaS company.
• Comprehensive understanding of the law firm technology ecosystem and emerging legal tech trends.
• Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-level projects and coordinate team efforts.
• Experience thriving in agile environments with rapidly shifting priorities.
• Strong MS Office skills, including advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of an available office location (Austin, Boston, Chicago, New Jersey, Philadelphia, or Raleigh, NC).

Nice to have

• Experience with Foundation or other law firm experience management solutions.
• Experience working with law firm marketing, business development, and/or knowledge management teams.
