What you will do

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Exceed sales quotas by identifying, qualifying, and closing new enterprise law firm accounts.
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute account strategies demonstrating ROI of hirify.global's AI platform.
  • Consultative Selling: Present value propositions to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Customer Success to ensure smooth adoption and deployment.
  • Market Feedback: Provide structured customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as an Enterprise Account Executive selling B2B SaaS to enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $2M+ annual quota with average deal size $250K+.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Preferred: Experience selling to large personal injury or mass tort law firms.
  • Preferred: Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies in enterprise business processes.
