What you will do

• Manage and shape the developer documentation platform to define what great developer docs look like.
• Engage with developer communities by attending and hosting events and meetups.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Sales Engineering, Business Ops, and Marketing teams to develop compelling content and product narratives.
• Gather insights from users and the developer tool ecosystem to inform product and content strategies.
• Advocate for developers by providing hands-on solutions and clear communication.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco headquarters
• 5+ years as a developer and 3+ years in developer advocacy, relations, or educational roles.
• Proven experience creating technical educational content for professional developers.
• Active participation in technical communities on platforms like Discord, Stack Overflow, Reddit, Twitter, or TikTok.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business priorities and work cross-functionally.
