Employee Content Program Manager

Location: Hybrid, with presence required four days per week at the San Francisco, San Jose, or Bellevue offices; work-from-home day is Tuesday.

Annual salary: $135,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Audit employee-facing pages, websites, FAQs, guides, and policies.
• Write and edit onboarding guides, templates, FAQs, and how-to documentation.
• Establish consistent tone, voice, formatting, and content standards.
• Organize information so employees can find answers quickly.
• Improve pages and content processes when they are outdated or ineffective.
• Track usage and feedback metrics and coordinate shared content with HR and Talent.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in writing, content, or program coordination.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience or comfort creating style guides and content standards.
• Ability to identify outdated, inconsistent, or difficult-to-find content.
• Comfort tracking page views, clicks, comments, reactions, and other usage metrics.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco, San Jose, or Bellevue office four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Notion, Confluence, or wikis.
