Senior Technical Content Writer (AI)

Location: United States — Remote

Salary: $175,000–$215,000 base salary annually, plus equity, benefits, and an annual bonus or commission plan.

What you will do

• Interview engineers and technical leaders to uncover and explain real engineering work.
• Write engineering blogs, technical deep dives, architecture stories, whitepapers, and recruiting-facing website copy.
• Own an employment-marketing content calendar and distribute content across developer platforms, technical publications, engineering communities, and social channels.
• Translate APIs, machine learning models, identity graphs, decisioning workflows, and cloud architectures into accurate, engaging stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, recruiting, employer brand, product marketing, design, social, and distribution teams.
• Edit and proofread content while maintaining high standards for clarity, accuracy, voice, and consistency.

Requirements

• Experience in content writing, technical writing, employer brand, recruiting marketing, or content marketing.
• Strong technical curiosity and the ability to learn and write accurately about APIs, machine learning, and cloud-based architectures.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, editorial, and distribution skills.
• A portfolio of published technical, engineering, employer-brand, recruiting, or similar content.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, recruiting, employer brand, product marketing, and technical subject matter experts.
• Experience in identity verification, fraud, cybersecurity, fintech, infrastructure, or technical B2B SaaS is preferred.

• Experience using AI tools for research, drafting, and content production.
