What you will do

• Research AI hardware, software, infrastructure trends, and industry announcements to identify meaningful developments and original story angles.
• Write technically accurate articles and research that explain complex systems, new developments, and their practical significance.
• Build demos and run reproducible benchmarks to test claims, evaluate performance, and document methodology, assumptions, and limitations.
• Synthesize technical and financial information from primary sources, expert conversations, and hands-on experiments into evidence-based insights.
• Collaborate with Developer Relations, Engineering, and New Media to validate technical conclusions and improve content.
• Represent hirify.global at industry conferences and use relevant findings and conversations in published research.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in hardware, AI software, technical research, or a similar analytical environment.
• A strong portfolio of externally published technical writing, research, or substantive technical content.
• Deep expertise in AI hardware or software, including architectural and system tradeoffs affecting performance and practical use.
• Experience building demos or running benchmarks, with the ability to explain personal contributions, methodology, and results.
• Strong technical writing, research judgment, editorial judgment, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to independently verify sources, results, and claims.

Nice to have

• Experience combining technical and financial analysis to explain AI infrastructure developments.
• Experience turning conference findings or conversations with technical experts into published research.
